Unfortunately, since each print is printed to order, prints are not eligible for returns. If a print is damaged in transit, we will replace them at no charge.

Shipping

Our production times, before shipping, are as follows:
∙ Photographic prints: 3-5 business days
∙ Metal prints: 6-8 business days
∙ Canvas prints: 3-5 business days
∙ Epic Metal Prints: 7-8 business days

Given recent supply chain issues and depending on the size of your print, shipping may take longer than expected.

In the event of a print being damaged in transit, please contact evanschiller1@me.com as soon as you can, and someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
